Poster Presentations
Poster Presentation Guidelines for Authors
There are two types of sessions related to posters: (1) the Rapid-Fire Poster Presentation Session, and (2) the Poster Sessions during coffee breaks.
1. Rapid-Fire Poster Presentation Session
- Schedule: Each presenter will follow the listed order on this page, and give a 60-second overview of their research. Your submitted pitch slide will be displayed as you speak.
- Presentation Tips: This session is meant to spark interest in your research! Think of it as an “elevator pitch.” Aim to capture 2-3 key points that will entice attendees to visit your poster for more in-depth discussion.
- Transitions: Session chairs will call the next 3-5 presenters to queue by the podium, ensuring each presenter can begin promptly, with transitions taking no more than 5-10 seconds.
2. Poster Sessions:
- Timing: We have scheduled two poster presentation sessions during coffee breaks on each day of the conference.
- Presenter Availability: We kindly request that you stand by your poster during both coffee breaks on your assigned presentation day. This will give conference participants ample opportunity to discuss your work with you.
- Poster Board Numbering: Each poster board will be numbered, and you should hang your poster (which you will print and bring to the conference) in the allotted space corresponding to your number. Please check on this page to find your poster number.
Note: Linked submissions will not be publicly accessible on OpenReview until the conference begins.
