Call for Papers

RISEx 2025 will accept single-page, archival paper submissions to showcase the latest ongoing research in robotics and AI. Submissions will be reviewed by the conference’s program committee and awarded either a poster or an oral presentation.

Important:

• Please use the conference template to prepare your 1-page submission. Do not remove the template’s header or otherwise alter its structure.
• To submit, go to the OpenReview page.

If you are new to OpenReview, please note:

• You must create a profile and log in to submit the paper.
• New profiles created without an institutional email will go through a moderation process that can take up to two weeks.
• New profiles created with an institutional email will be activated automatically.

Important Dates:

• Submissions open: June 12, 2025

• Acceptance notification: Sep 20, 2025
• Registration deadline: Oct 1, 2025
